- YES! What makes Little Lamb Design unique is that we have the ability to customize anything on this site to suit your needs and preferences. Just make any requests in the special notes section of your order. You can make color and font changes, replace a graphic, or request a different layout. Extensive artwork changes may require an additional fee. In order to avoid a fee, provide as many specific details as possible.
- I think your designs are so cute, but I didn’t see what I was looking for. Can you design something custom for me?
- Absolutely! Our custom design fee typically runs $50. Please email us as specifically as possible what you are looking for us to do for you and we can give you a more precise estimate.
- I need help with the wording of my invitation, announcement, Holiday card, etc. Can you help me?
- YES! Upon placing your order, we can consult with you to come up with a poem unique to your card, or we have compiled a huge collection of wording ideas that we can provide you with. We also can provide you links to some websites that have quotes you can browse.
- Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
- Anything that we design custom for you (examples include birth announcements, birthday invitations, photo cards, etc.) will need to be approved through an email proof that we will send you within 2-3 business days of your order. For our other products, you will not receive a proof, as personalization will be just as you indicate on the order form. If you have a question about the layout, design, color, etc. we can send you an email proof for $15.
- What is your policy regarding email proofs?

Please look your proof(s) over carefully to be sure that everything is satisfactory. Please double check ALL information including day of the week, date, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, layout, and design, even if you checked these items on a previous proof. We are human and certainly do make mistakes, so please check behind us very carefully. We can still make any changes that are needed or wanted. We won't print until we get the O.K. from you. Check everything carefully, because once you approve the proof and we start to print, we will not be able to make changes. If you find a mistake after you receive your order, there will have to be a charge to reprint. If you are not able to see your proof, please let us know. Please note that any watermarks shown on your proof are simply shown for electronic proofing purposes and will not be printed on the actual order.
If you would like for us to change anything about the design, that is no problem at all, but please be sure to provide detailed, specific instructions as each additional proof you request is $15. (For example, please say "make font chocolate brown" instead of "use a different color.") Please reply back to this email either with your approval or changes. - How long does it take before my order ships?
- Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days once your payment has been received and proofs have been approved (if applicable.) If you have a tighter timeline, please don't hesitate to ask for faster turnaround! It is rarely a problem.
- Please be advised that our busiest time of the year is November and December, so please plan ahead and place your order in plenty of time. We try extremely hard to ship on time even during these months, but occasionally we will need extra time. As noted above, please let us know if you have a certain time frame you need to work within.
- Do you ship outside the U.S.?
- YES, we do! We ship through the U.S. Postal Service's Global Priority. Simply choose the international shipping option when you are checking out. There is an option for shipping to Canada/Mexico and an option for shipping anywhere else outside of North America.
- What method of payments do you accept?
- We accept Visa or Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cash, or check
- Will I be charged sales tax?
- Only if you live in Alabama, you will be charged 6% sales tax. If you live in Alabama and your items are purchased for resale, we will need a hard copy of your state sale certificate for you to be tax exempt.
- Can I pre-order my envelopes?
- YES! Pre ordering envelopes is an awesome idea for birth announcements, but is available for any product. Wouldn't it be nice to have your envelopes addressed and stamped before your baby arrives so all you have to do in your tired, sleep-deprived state is stuff them? Please contact us for information about having your envelopes sent early. We also offer a complete mailing service where we will print your individual mailing addresses on your envelopes. - I own a business/store and would like to carry your products. Do you have a wholesale program?
- YES, the majority of our products are available to wholesalers. Little Lamb Design's products are fresh and unique and the customization will be a huge hit with your customers. You can be sure of a profitable return. Please click here to inquire about our wholesale program.
- What is your privacy policy?
- We greatly respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or trade your personal information with anyone. We do reserve the right to subscribe you to our mailing list if you order from us, however you are always welcome to unsubscribe and doing so is extremely easy.
- Is your website secure?
- We are just as concerned about online safety as you are! You can be confident while shopping on LittleLambDesign.com because we are a verified Authorize.Net merchant, which means you have a commitment to the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud.
